Warranty:
Here at Lamps Direct, we can offer a generous 180-day warranty! In the unlikely event that your projector lamp should fail (within the 180-day period), we will happily replace it with a new one. In order to send you out a new lamp, all we require is for your old lamp to be returned to us, so we can investigate the reason for it’s premature fail.
All of our projector lamps are covered by a ‘no quibble’ returns policy, but the policy does differ depending on the type of lamp:

Returns and Refunds:
If you wish to return an item, you first need an RMA number (Returns Authorisation Number). To get your RMA, contact us directly quoting your order number the reason for your return.
If the reason for your return is because the item is faulty, please contact us to arrange a replacement/return. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
If your item is not what you wanted/expected, you do not need it anymore or it is faulty, then it must be in its original, un-marked packaging upon its return to us. If your box arrives to us marked with writing, you will be charged a stocking fee.
We aim to process your returns within 1 working day.
