Delivery:

Lamps Direct has a cut off time of 4:45pm for Next Day Delivery. Please place all orders, that you require next day delivery for, before 4:45pm (Monday-Thursday). If you require NDD on a Friday, you can purchase Saturday delivery.

All eligible orders (Subject to items being in stock at time of order) for next day delivery placed before 4.45pm will ship on our next day service. Any order placed after this time will be dispatched the following day. If you item is not in stock at the time of order it will be dispatched on a next day service, the same day it arrives into stock.

Standard delivery applies to working days only (Monday - Friday), items dispatched on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Delivery can be anytime between 7.30am and 6.00pm and will require a signature upon delivery.

Shipping information:

• Standard Delivery: £4.97 - Normally delivered within 2 days.
• Next Day Delivery: £6.97 (PLEASE NOTE: orders placed on non-working days will be shipped on the first available working day to arrive the next day after that).
• Express Saturday delivery (orders must be placed before 4:45pm on Friday to qualify for this delivery): £24.00.
• Express 12 (arrives before 12pm): £14.40.
• Express 10 (arrives before 10am): £21.60.

Additionally, to the information above, some orders may take longer than usual. Below described how to tell if your order may take a little longer:

Stock Status’: We hold stock in a number of warehouses, and often move it around to give you access to certain products when you need them. There are 4 indicators as to whether or not your product will ship immediately:

• In Stock: we have stock in a warehouse near you and it will be with you on the Next Working Day.
• In Stock, only 5 left: this means we have stock in a warehouse near you, but stock is running low.
• 7-10 day delivery: your purchase needs additional processing time and will be with you Next Working Day following 7-10 days.
• Out of stock: this means we don’t currently have stock in our warehouse, but please get in touch so we can advise you on alternatives and when the product you require may be in stock again.
